How do I contact a shop?

If you need to get in touch with a seller about an item on Shawish or if you want to discuss your order, you can reach out to the seller directly.

Contacting a seller through the chat feature on Shawish is the best way to get information about an item, or after your purchase, resolve any issues you may have had with your order. Each seller on Shawish manages their own orders and makes decisions about cancellations, refunds, and returns.

Keep in mind, sharing URLs and emails goes against the Shawish terms and conditions. Users not following this rule may be terminated.

How do I contact Shawish Support?

To contact Shawish’s customer service, select the email icon button below or email shawish.market@gmail.com and we can help you with account, shop, or purchasing issues.

How do I create a customer account?

Customers can create an account on Shawish to manage and view their order history. To create an account, customers can select the register button at the top right corner.

How do I change my profile settings?

Customers can change their profile settings such as address and contact information by clicking their name on the top right-hand corner. Customers need to be signed on in order to update their settings.

How do I track my order?

Customers can track their orders by clicking their name on the top right corner then selecting orders history. The order history page will display all orders and their status. To view the invoice of your order click the order number.

Tracking numbers can also be found on the invoice.

I have questions about my order status, who do I contact?

If you need help with an order, the seller you purchased your order from is the best person to help you. Each seller on Shawish manages their own orders and makes decisions about cancellations, refunds, and returns. The seller is the best person to help you if you need to:

1. Check your order status;
2. Update your delivery address;
3. Make a change to your order;
4. Request a refund, return, or exchange;
5. Request a cancellation;
6.Or if you have any other questions about your order.

If the seller is unable to help you, your next step is to contact Shawish Support with the order number and issue.

What application do you use for payment?

Currently users only have one payment option (Stripe) when buying items on Shawish. Buyers need to enter their credit card details to begin a purchase. Stripe secures and encrypts your sensitive information and processes the transaction.

How do I request a return?

To request a return, please contact the seller you purchased your order from. Each seller on Shawish manages their own orders, and makes decisions about cancellations, refunds, and returns.

What is your shipping process?

Each seller on Shawish manages their own orders, therefore they determine the process shipping time, estimated delivery, etc. To see the seller’s shipping details, kindly check their profile within Shawish. Any questions related to shipping should be addressed with the seller.

Why am I getting charged two shipping fees?

Customers will have to pay separate shipping fees if they are purchasing from two separate vendors.
