My name is Kat Luna and I am a registered Mohawk from Six Nations of the Grand River. I run a home-based business where I craft unique items with love, intention and a good mind as part of my own healing journey. It is my great privilege and honour to share these items with you and hope that they continue to carry a bit of the pride and respect for the cultural tradition in which they were created. I work primarily with fabric designed by indigenous artists and sourced from indigenous owned stores. It is my desire to support Canadian Aboriginal business whenever possible.

♦ Processing Times ♦

Items fall into one of three categories:

1. Made to Order - This includes custom skirts made to your exact measurements.  Most orders are completed in 10 - 14 days but rush orders can usually be arranged if necessary.
2. Minor Customization - This applies to skirts that need a waistband adjustment or hoodies that need the panel attached, etc.  Orders are usually finished in 3 - 7 days.
3. Ready to Ship - This would be items that need no preparation other than packaging.  However they may still not be dispatched for 1 - 4 days depending on the date and time of the order.  See Dispatch Times for details.

♦ Dispatch Times ♦

Orders are generally delivered to the shipping company twice a week on Tuesday and Friday, weather permitting.  This means that how long until your order ships may depend on what day and time you placed the order.  If you bought a Ready to Ship item on Friday night, it will most likely not ship until the following Tuesday.  Every effort is made to get parcels out the door and on their way in a timely fashion.  If you need your item in a hurry, please let me know and I'll do my best.

♦ Shipping ♦

Shipping originates in Ontario, Canada and will always include tracking and insurance.  In Canada, items will ship by Intelcom/Dragonfly courier where possible and Canada Post where couriers do not deliver.  US shipping is Duty Prepaid to avoid any surprise charges, however this means that shipping charges may be unusually high for items which require a tariff fee.  Not responsible for delays once the package is in the hands of the courier/shipping company.

Returns on clothing are accepted within 30 days of shipment provided the item is in the original condition.  Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.  Please check your items immediately upon receipt and contact me if there are any issues.  Ribbon and DTF Heat transfers are final sale and are not accepted for return or refund.
