William Jones is a writer, visual artist, and plays the harp. His indigenous heritage is inland Tlingit, Northern and Southern Tutchone from the Yukon. He is also of Welsh, Scottish, and Irish descent. His First Nation Government is Ta'an Kwächän Council from Whitehorse, Yukon.

William Jones has been pursuing his dream of being an artist since 2011. He embarked on this journey as an artist with his wife and kids in tow, role modeling to his kids, how important it is to follow your dreams.

William Jones is also a healer and incorporates healing energy into his work and also works to portray that feeling in his work. His goal is to visually inspire healing within his audience and to awaken the healer within them.
