Adrienne Larocque is nêhiyaw iskwew from kisipatnahk (Louis Bull Tribe), one of the four nations collectively known as Maskwacis in Treaty 6 Territory. Through her brand, Kihew and Rose, Adrienne designs contemporary Indigenous Beadwork and jewelry handcrafted using traditional techniques in a modern aesthetic. Her work has been featured in Chatelaine Magazine. She was a member of the inaugural cohort of the Fireweed Fellowship, the first national accelerator program for Indigenous entrepreneurship in Canada. Adrienne is based in amiskwacîywaskahikan, also known as Edmonton, AB.
