Please allow up to 14 days to process your order as most products are made-to-order.  Canada Post is used for shipping, please be sure to track your shipping using the tracking number provided. 

Returns and Exchanges:

Naty Mocs has a no refund/cancellation policy. Due to the made-to-order nature of my business, the processing of orders occurs immediatley. I am happy to answer any sizing, care, or materials questions you may have to ensure you're purchasing the right piece before you purchase.

Damages

If your item arrives damaged, please email photos and your order number to naty.r.ortiz@gmail.com within 48 hours. If your order arrived damaged due to mishandling by Canada Post, please include images of the mailer box. However, after 48 hours we are no longer liable for any breakage caused by the customer.
